Secure Payments


All online payments are processed through secure servers via Barclaycard Payment Services ensuring total security of your details.
Delivery of goods will only be made to addresses corresponding to those associated with cards used to make payments.


Prices


All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be added to the total cost at the checkout stage.


Warranties


All Office Furniture Depot Ltd products are manufactured to the highest quality in U.K. factories and all desks, tables and storage are supplied with a 5 year warranty. Chairs and seating are supplied with individually stipulated warranty periods. Please refer to individual seating items for warranty details.


All warranties are provided against manufacturing defects, damages and fitness for purpose. A warranty is neither offered nor implied in relation to wear and tear, abuse or misuse. Warranties may also be rendered null and void if products are subjected to unauthorised third party interference.


Accuracy of Content


Whilst every care has been taken to ensure all content on this site is as accurate as possible, in particular prices and descriptions of goods, there may be occasions when errors or omissions occur. In such circumstances Office Furniture Depot Ltd reserves the right to amend or refuse orders based on a judgement made by officers of the company. We will, however, contact customers as soon as possible to explain the position and offer an alternative course of action. Any monies received in relation to such orders will be refunded in full if an alternative product or service is unacceptable to the customer.


All swatches and wood colour samples are reproduced as accurately as possible but are subject to variation due to individual computer screen settings.


Privacy Statement


Office Furniture Depot Ltd will never share, discuss or divulge (other than for the purposes of ensuring payment security and imparting delivery details to couriers etc.) with any third parties, any information received by us from our customers unless expressly requested to do so.


Availability


All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and will provide an estimated time-frame in which goods will become available. No contract between Office Furniture Depot Ltd and our customer will be binding under these circumstances.


Ordering Errors


Orders can be amended and cancelled up to the point at which you click on "submit" or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process. Once an order has been confirmed through the online ordering process it is passed immediately to the relevant manufacturing company and enters the manufacturing process. Office Furniture Depot Ltd cannot accept order cancellations once this process has been completed.


Delivery and Installation Charges


Delivery charges are calculated based on order value, a percentage of which will make up the delivery charge. Delivery including installation of furniture will be calculated in the same way but at an increased rate to cover installation personnel. All costs relating to delivery and installation will be clearly stated during the checkout process. Please allow 5-15 working days for delivery or installation. Delivery and/or installation will normally take place within 5-10 working days but occasionally this lead time may be extended due to busy periods or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to keep customers fully informed of any delivery delays as circumstances arise.


Delivery of goods is to customer door only. Delivery + Installation of goods includes delivery to door plus assembly and installation of goods to customer requirement.


Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order


An order acknowledgement will be sent upon completion of the checkout process. It will be sent to the e-mail address you provide during the ordering process.

Returns


Goods that qualify for return, for whatever reason as authorised by officers of the company, will be collected by Office Furniture Depot Ltd or our appointed representatives. Any refunds or exchanges will be finalised upon satisfactory return of original goods. Any handling fees due will be deducted prior to any refund being issued.


These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.
